20Vision GmbH (“20Vision”) operates a social media platform (“Platform”) where users can post components, connect with other users, create pages, and buy credits (“Boosts”) for use on the site. The Platform is available at https://20.vision and is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and able to form binding contracts. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“Terms”) and our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).
We collect personal information from users when they register for an account, purchase Boosts, or post content on the Platform. This information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, payment information, and IP address.

We may share personal information with third-party service providers that we use to support our Platform, such as Stripe for handling credit card payments, Solana Blockchain, Ethereum Blockchain, and Google Cloud, which hosts our platform. These third-party service providers are only provided with the information necessary to perform their services, and are required to protect the security and confidentiality of this information. We will only share personal information in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information for any other purpose without the user's explicit consent. We also have agreements in place with these third-party service providers to ensure that they comply with their legal obligations to protect personal information.
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and delete it once it is no longer needed. However, we have security backups that hold data for 7 days after deletion.

We currently only use cookies that are necessary for our services to work properly, such as user authentication cookies - JWT token. We handle disputes and complaints via our report feature where users can report content or behavior that is in violation of our Terms of Service. We may take down content or close accounts as a result. If a user believes their account or content has been compromised by mistake, they should email us at users@20.vision. Additionally, we work with relevant authorities, including law enforcement, to investigate and take appropriate action against any illegal activities or violations of our policies.
