At 20Vision GmbH (together with our affiliates, “20Vision”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and securing any information we collect from or about you. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Information when you use our website, applications (including our iOS/Android apps), and services (collectively, “Services”).

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, account credentials, payment card information (processed via Stripe), and transaction history.
  • User Content: We collect Personal Information included in inputs, file uploads (images/videos), or feedback you provide through our Services (“Content”). This includes prompts you submit without an account or without credits (for example when a sign-up or payment window opens); we store that text, without your raw IP address, to understand what our Services should offer.
  • Communication Information: When you contact us for support, we collect your name, contact details, and the content of your messages.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Log Data: Your browser or device sends data like IP address, browser type, settings, and interaction details when you use our Services.
  • Usage Data: We collect data about your interactions, such as viewed content, used features, actions taken, time zone, country, and device details.
  • Cookieless analytics: To count page views, sign-ups and purchases on our websites we use our own analytics. It sets no cookies and stores no device identifiers; your IP address and browser type are only used to form a pseudonymous key that changes every day and is not stored in readable form. Events are received via Cloudflare and stored on our own servers.

    • Mobile Application Data

    When you use our mobile application (P20V / Simple Home Design) on iOS or Android, we may access or collect the following with your permission:

    • Photo Library & Camera: We require access to your photo library and/or camera to allow you to upload reference images for AI generation or to save your generated designs directly to your device.
    • Device Identifiers (IDFA/GAID): With your explicit permission (via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS), we collect your device's advertising identifier to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This data is processed via RevenueCat.
    • In-App Purchase History: We track your subscription status, expiration dates, and purchase history via RevenueCat and the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to synchronize your Pro features across devices.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to operate and enhance our Services. See our Cookie Notice for details.

Third-Party Services and Advertising

20Vision and its products use Ezoic to provide personalization and analytic services on this website. Ezoic's privacy policy is in effect and can be reviewed here. Ezoic and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the website to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of interest to you.

2. How We Use Personal Information

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share Personal Information with:

AI Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

To provide image and video generation services, we transmit your text prompts, input images, and generation parameters to the following third-party artificial intelligence platforms. These providers process data to generate the requested content:

  • OpenAI: Text processing, prompt refinement, and DALL-E image generation.
  • Replicate: Hosting for various open-source image and video generation models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux).
  • RunwayML: Video generation services (Gen-2, Gen-3).
  • Google (Vertex AI/Gemini): Generative AI processing and text analysis.

Note: We do not grant these providers the right to use your personal data to train their foundational models. However, your inputs may be temporarily retained by them (typically for 30 days) solely for safety monitoring and abuse prevention.

  • Vendors and Service Providers: Third parties providing hosting (Google Cloud), email sending (Google Workspace / Gmail), email delivery and contact management (Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, France), customer support, analytics (Google Analytics; our own cookieless analytics via Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe), and subscription management (RevenueCat).
  • Business Transfers: Counterparties or successors during mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions.
  • Legal Requirements: Government authorities or third parties when required by law.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, delete, or correct your Personal Information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@20.vision.

5. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their Personal Information.

6. Emails We Send

The controller for the emails described here is 20Vision GmbH, Anisgasse 30, 1220 Vienna, Austria (users@20.vision). This applies to all our websites and apps, including ai-architectures.com, floorplan.ai-architectures.com, plans.ai-architectures.com, p20v.com and 4fashionai.com.

Examples and offers by email (only with your consent)

  • When: We send marketing emails only if you tick the unticked box “Email me examples and offers for my project” when you sign up, or switch it on in your account (billing settings). Signing up works the same without it.
  • Legal basis: Your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and § 174 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021).
  • What we send: Examples and offers that match what you asked our tools to make (for example results for the same kind of job, or a reminder of an order you started but did not complete). At most about one email a week, and at most three emails within the 14 days after you sign up.
  • How to withdraw: Use the unsubscribe link in every email (one click), switch the email setting off in your account, or email users@20.vision. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent and does not affect the lawfulness of emails sent before. It also does not stop emails about your own purchases (see below).
  • Proof of consent we keep: To be able to prove your consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR) we store, for each time you give or withdraw it: the timestamp, the version and exact wording of the text you saw, the language, the page where you gave it, the method (sign-up, account setting or unsubscribe link), your IP address and your browser's user agent. We keep this record for as long as we may need to prove the consent, typically up to three years after you withdraw it or close your account.

Service emails to paying customers

  • What we send: If you have a paid plan or bought credits, we send you emails about your own subscription, for example a renewal notice about three days before a monthly subscription renews (date, amount, what you have left and how to pause or cancel) and tips on using what you bought shortly after a purchase. Receipts, invoices, security and account messages are sent as needed.
  • Legal basis: Performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in helping customers use the service they bought (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where such an email also points to our own similar products, we rely on the existing-customer exemption of § 174(4) TKG 2021 / Art. 13(2) of the ePrivacy Directive.
  • Opting out: Each of these emails (other than receipts, invoices and essential account or security messages) has an unsubscribe link, and you can also object at any time by emailing users@20.vision.

Service providers for email, hosting and payments

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): email delivery and contact management. Your email address, user name, the site you signed up on and your email-consent status (with its date, text version and page) are stored there as our processor. Marketing campaigns from Brevo go only to contacts whose consent is recorded.
  • Google (Google Workspace / Gmail and Google Cloud): sending emails from our mailbox (users@20.vision) and hosting our backend and database.
  • Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing, including the order data used for renewal notices.

Every email names 20Vision GmbH as the sender and lets you reply to users@20.vision.
