Terms of Service

Welcome to 20Vision! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 20Vision website (p20v.com), mobile applications (P20V / Simple Home Design), and services (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Usage Policy, and Cookie Notice, form a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Client") and 20Vision GmbH ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Austria. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Our Services

20Vision provides an AI-powered platform for generating images and videos based on text or image inputs. We offer free trials, credit-based usage, and subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including specific AI models) at any time.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Ban/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms or our Usage Policy.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, you own all rights, title, and interest in the images and videos you generate using the Services ("Generations"), to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

License to Us: By using the Services, you grant 20Vision a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and modify your Inputs and Generations solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services (e.g., displaying your creations in your history or the public Community Gallery if you choose to share them).

4. Payments, Credits & Refunds

A. Web Subscriptions (Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased on our website are processed via Stripe. They auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Credits purchased are non-refundable and may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.

B. Mobile Subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)

If you subscribe via our iOS or Android app, your payment is managed directly by Apple or Google.20Vision cannot process refunds for mobile purchases. You must manage your subscription and request refunds via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to abide by our Usage Policy. Strictly prohibited content includes CSAM, non-consensual sexual content, real-person deepfakes, and hate speech. Violations will result in a permanent ban.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

AI Artifacts: The Services use experimental AI technology. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, unique, or offensive-free. You use the outputs at your own risk.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 20Vision GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes relating to these Terms shall be the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
